I read this  the other day and it is so true.

I've been making some healthy changes to my diet and am really feeling the difference.
Diet and exercise goes hand in hand.

  1. Definitely need both...there's a sign at my gym that says it's 30% exercise and 70% in the kitchen. Nutrition is so, so important.
