Cardio Challenge


I've been involved in a another community challenge! It always keeps me going!!

Does anybody else know if their community does these types of wellness activities to keep their town on the healthy track?

    We do some challenges at work but not in our community. Maybe the YMCA has one but I'm not a member. Would love to hear what was involved.

    I don't believe there is anything like this in my area.....a lot of gyms....that's about it...not really a gym person. Tried it a few years ago.
