Dance it off!

Dancing can be a great calorie burning activity!! What a fun way to lose weight. There is belly dancing, line dancing, ball room dancing. You can do the swing, the salsa, the tango, the waltz, even the jitterbug!! You are limited only by your mind.
If you are in a small town, like I am, chances are you won't find dance classes. Turn on your music and make house cleaning fun by dancing up a storm.
That's OK, nobody will be looking! Now go and have some fun!!
