Camping and Hiking

We got a rare weekend open so we made a quick reservation for a camp spot and left town.

Don't you love the name of this campground?
All weekend we could hear the sound of Lost Creek. The weather was a little cooler and the bugs almost non existent. It was hot, but not the 100+ we had at home.
The forest canopy was amazing! I live in the desert so when I can see this, I really enjoy it.
Of course, hiking was on the agenda.

As far as I'm concerned, there isn't much better than getting out in nature. (although a hot shower is a close second!)

  2. It looks like a magical place, so lovely! Do you have a camper with all modern conveniences, or the hot shower was waiting for you at home?
