Love Em or Hate Em

Brussel sprouts! You are on one side or the other when it comes to this veggie. The way I like to cook them is in my cast iron pan in a hot oven tossed with garlic olive oil with a sprinkle of coarse salt and freshly ground pepper.
Do you have a recipe for cooking brussel sprouts?

  1. I never tried them until a few months ago. I season the same but I first steam them and then put them in the oven for about 15 minutes

  2. I oven roast mine with olive oil and garlic; the girls and I love them, hubby not so much!

  4. I like to cut them into slivers so they get crust when I roast them. Then I put them in a salad.

  5. Love~ Roasted with garlic and olive oil. But any recipe is fine. Good in slaws and stirfry too, or steamed...
