Here is a quick standby when you need dinner in a hurry. You should have just about everything in your kitchen. Personally I am not a big fan because it is a lot like Hamburger Helper which I only like when we are out camping!!
Serves 6
5 WW points per serving
Use whole wheat rotini and it's all CORE
One Pan Curly Roni
1/2 pound lean ground beef
1/2 c chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup ff beef broth
1 3/4 c tomato sauce
1 TB ketchup
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp prepared mustard
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp basil
1/4 tsp oregano
3 3/4 cup uncooked rotini pasta
In a large saucepan cook ground beef, onion and garlic until browned. Add the rest of the ingredients except pasta. Bring to boil. Add uncooked pasta. Return to boil. Reduce heat to medium; cover. Cook, stirring every now and then for 12 minutes or until pasta is done. Salt and pepper to taste.
Pretty simple eh?
