Trigger Environment

Where do you spend most of your day? Would you consider the environment Healthy? Moderate? Unhealthy? Very Unhealthy? Hazardous? or Toxic?

To help manage your trigger environment:


  • Recognize which environments trigger you to eat.

  • Remove items that hinder weight loss efforts.

  • Replace foods in trigger areas with healthy alternatives.
