What's Your Excuse?

We came up with many "reasons" we don't exercise. Basically they are all excuses. Nobody said Moving More is easy, but the benefits far outweigh all the excuses and reasons we tell ourselves. (Believe me, I make my fair share of excuses!!)

Reach to Become Active

Recognize an excuse.
Ease into activity at your own pace.
Ask for help.
Change negative thoughts.
Have fun with it!
