Look Back and Learn
This week we talked about learning from experience. Just like looking back in the rear view mirror it can help us make our way safely down the road.
What are some of your past weight-loss successes?
What is something you've learned from the last time you unsuccessfully tried to lose weight?
Almost everyone has had weight loss setbacks. But learning what helps and hinders can turn every experience into a success.
Learn what fits your life, and build on that knowledge.
Evaluate your progress and make adjustments as needs arise.
Accept what not in your control.
Reap the benefits of other's by attending your Weight Watcher meeting.
Never give up on your goals.
Objects in mirrors are often closer then they appear.
Your goals are also closer then they may appear. Look back, learn from experience and get closer to your weight loss destination!!
