  1. Week 1 for me- 22 miles of walking/hiking and 1 hour of yoga.

  2. You go Lynn! I am hoping to add yoga or pilates to my routine next week. If only I could do yoga while I was practicing my drums - so much to do, so little time.

  3. I walked 12!! Not counting work...walking the halls at the hospital...
