I had a great week and it ended with a lovely sunshiny day yesterday!! That is always good for lifting the spirits.

ReplyDeleteIt's 4 miles for me this week. I hope I can add some mile this coming week, since it'll be a busy one, will surely try.
How about this challenge: Ensure you spend a reasonable time warming-up and cooling-down. To incorporate stretches.
I like that stretching challenge. I tend to neglect the pre-run stretching and probably don't do enough post run. I was thinking I need to stretch every morning before I get dressed.
