So, the parties are over and it is time to get serious about eating mindfully. My mantra for this week is "Make Each Bite Count" It has to fall into a healthy food group....And no, Doritos, do not make it on the food pyramid!
I used to think this food pyramid thing was so complicated but once I started focusing on eating food as close to its natural state, it got a lot easier.
