Make Each Bite Count

So, the parties are over and it is time to get serious about eating mindfully. My mantra for this week is "Make Each Bite Count"  It has to fall into a healthy food group....And no, Doritos, do not make it on the food pyramid!

  1. I used to think this food pyramid thing was so complicated but once I started focusing on eating food as close to its natural state, it got a lot easier.
