Eat the Seasons


I noticed some beautiful pomegranates at the store this week.

FOODS IN SEASON NOW

VEGETABLES
artichoke, bell peppers, beet, beet greens, broccolini, butternut squash, cauliflower, carrots, chard, corn, eggplant, fennel, garlic, leeks, parsnip, potatoes (maincrop), pumpkin, radishes, spinach, sweet potatoes, wild mushrooms
FRUIT & NUTS
almonds, apples, chestnuts, cranberries, limes, pears, plums, pomegranate, tomatoes

lobster, mussels
