Food Find!

I found this at my local grocery store in the freezer department. There are several different fruits and the ingredients? Fruit pulp and that's all!
It's been a fun way to add a little variety to my protein smoothies. Goya has a huge website with a lot of recipes. I encourage you to check it out.


  1. Yum! I have found some good frozen fruit without sugar at Trader Joe's too.

    I start my morning smoothies with spinach and add fruit and almond mild.. This would be a nice addition to my ususal go to fruits! Thanks for sharing :)
