A Day of Reconnecting

After being gone for a week with girlfriends it is always nice to spend time with my hubby and dog. I miss them!

   It was about 90 degrees yesterday but the cliffs and river of Smith Rock beckoned us to visit.

This is where we went rock climbing. Thankfully when we went it was not hot!!

Our dog has had two back leg surgeries and they are starting to give him troubles again. We gave him a rest before going back up the hill behind me. He loves to hike so it will be sad when the time comes to put him down. He's been my running companion but can no longer do that either.
Regardless of that, all three of us had a good time topped off with a cold beer at a brewery.... yea, Porter likes beer too!
