Keep on Moving!

Consistency is key to making healthy habits and staying fit. Since I started running again (and joining Moving Mountains) in February I see I have been decently consistent with my activity. This chart is from My Fitness Pal online tracking and has really been helpful for me. Moving Mountains will be over in 3 weeks but the accountability/activity/ tracking  will continue!

What is your key to staying motivated and moving?


  1. I love the gadgets and tracking for motivation. Also, a key for me is having something to be "working toward" - makes staying on track easier for me!
