This is Trillium Lake on Mt Hood. We all gasped when we got out of the woods and was met with this view! Isn't it amazing?
We had not seen my son since since we went to Boston over July 4th. He went to Europe from Boston and got back not quite two weeks ago. We met for lunch then planned on a short hike.
His girlfriend missed him too!
Somehow just knowing he is only a few hours away makes me feel better.
