Eat Your Greens

I've been getting a variety of greens in my produce box and have been eating plenty! How about you? I eat a big green salad almost every day and add about 2 cups of various greens to my afternoon smoothie.
Popeye had it right, didn't he?

  1. Truly can't get too many greens. We've been incorporating them more and more over the last several years. They are soooo good for the body!

  2. It just seems too cold lately for salad and smoothies. I ve been liking my veggies steamed or roasted this winter, tho salads still appear on the table most nights--often with chopped apple or pears included with greens
