Keep on Movin'

Last weekend we got away, but we always make opportunities to keep moving no matter where we are.

 I have my half marathon schedule and find it is fun to see other places on foot. This was near the jetty at Newport bay, Oregon.

I'm lucky my husband didn't mind wandering the beach while I ran. 

Keep on Moving!

    Looks like a fun trip. I am hoping to get to the beach this week for a sunset walk.
