Exercise this Week

 I haven't posted much here but have been staying on track of my half marathon training goals.

A Sunday long run instead of Saturday.
1200x4 intervals at the gym
Mid week, mid length run.

I've been trying to eat healthy and will be sad when all the wonderful summer fruit and veggies will be no more. I'm especially enjoying watermelon!

  1. It is amazing how fast I lost my lunch packing skills but I think I have it back after two week at work :). I am slowly starting to run again but no hills for me anymore.

  2. I'm in awe of you Lori.....the older I get the easier it is to get un-motivated but I do try to keep plugging along!
