Here's a few photos that I snapped while out in Thannenkirch, France. (I'd go back here in a heartbeat)
Stacking wood is an art form!
I heard pounding and tapping and when I arrived up the hill, there was a sign (with an arrow) and an open door- I went in. He spoke enough English to tell me his dad taught him woodcarving. It was so awesome!!
Amazing, intricate and detailed.
I used air bnb to find this place. This was the view out our kitchen window.
And the church bells rang beautifully through the countryside.
Happy to see uou had a great time and what beuatiful scenery
