I haven't been posting here much but I'm still moving and still eating healthy with occasional splurges. 24 days to the Portland Half Marathon and my training is going well, despite my longer work days.
Today I had to get up before sunrise to get in 8 miles. It was a pretty morning.
Tuesdays are generally my interval runs at the gym on the treadmill.
Saturdays are my long run. Tomorrow I'm out for 13 miles.
We plan on running while on vacation, but not lots of miles.
