It's Zucchini Season

Anybody else eating and enjoying lots of zucchini? At our Saturday market  one woman has been packaging mixed zucchini with garlic and an onion and vacuum sealing it.
We have been loving it! I saute them for dinner then add any leftovers to my morning scrambled eggs.
Do you have any wonderful summertime recipes you'd like to share?

  1. Hello again !! I have one recipe if you want ! Very's a soup.
    Take a big or 2 medium zucchini and cut in little pieces. put them in one litre of water with salt and pepper and one meat bouillon cube. When the zucchini are cooked, add 3 or 4 laughing cow (it's cheese !).
    Mix all the ingredients and ....bon appétit ! :)

  2. We've been eating a lot of zucchini noodles, and loving them. Am trying a zucchini lasagna for the first time tonight. Will see how it turns out. Your farmers market bags look fantastic!

  3. I forgot one onion, cut in pieces and cooked with the zucchini !! I'm sorry !! :)
