Another Bowl of Soup?


If you don't want to make your own soup did you know that Progresso and Weight Watchers have teamed up? Progresso Light soups have 60 calories and 0 points per serving. One full can of soup would be just ONE point! Make sure to keep a few cans in your pantry for a quick meal in a hurry!

This week's Weight Watcher meeting is about Eating Out. If you eat out at all and it seems disasterous every time, attend your meeting and get some strategies for eating out successfully!

    Lori,
    Thank you for all of the motivation and positive ideas to help me get back to my WW goal. The meeting was fantastic, and I especially appreciated the class at the end of the main class, which was a good review on how to follow the WW plan.
    I copied your potato soup recipe, and it sounds delicious.
