Susan G. Komen foundation they have these suggestions which sound very familiar to me. Do you recognize some of Weight Watcher's healthy guidelines?
- Be physically active
- Maintain a normal weight
- Reduce bad fats
- Take a multi-vitamin
- limit alcohol
So be good to yourself and lower your risk of breast cancer too!!
