Is is possible to make activity/ exercise FUN?!
If you hate what you're doing chances are you won't stick with it. What kinds of activities did you do as a kid? Ride a bike? Swim? Tennis? Hiking? Volleyball? Chances are we didn't even think of exercising as a kid, we just did stuff for fun. Is it time to wipe down the dusty bike and give it a whirl? Making your activity fun will certainly help you stick with it for the long haul.
Maybe you need to find some fun active people to be around. Get a pal and take a long walk or bike ride. Think outside the box when trying to incorporate activity into your lifestyle. It doesn't always have to be the treadmill or the gym.
