If you have been coming to my meetings for awhile you have probably heard me talk about posting notes to myself- especially on the refrigerator and pantry doors. Here's a new one to add that will be posted right next to the motivational calender.
Four questions to ask yourself before you eat:
1. Am I hungry?
2. Is this what I want to eat?
3. Is this what I want to eat now?
4. Is there something else I can eat instead?
If we ask ourself that every time we entered the kitchen looking for food I think we'd eat alot less.
