Will You Stick With It?

When your motivation starts to wane what will keep you going? What is your mindset right now? Are you on a diet? Or just making gradual changes to your lifestyle that you can live with? Will it "end" when you reach your goals?
  • Don't let slip-ups or binges give you an excuse to abandon everything you've worked for. Don't wait for the next day to start over; get right back to it!!
  • Don't look back. Learn from experience and move on.
  • Attend your meetings, weigh in once a week, track your food and take it one day at a time.
  • If you have a lot to lose don't let that discourage you or give you an excuse to quit. Stick with it as long as it takes!
  • Remind yourself every day you are one day closer to becoming a better, healthier self!
