Check Your Labels: Part 2

Another reason to check your labels is that you may be overestimating the points values. I have been counting 3 points for a serving of refried beans, which is correct, but I purchase no-fat refried beans which is only 1 point per serving. Every point counts when you don't have too many to spare.
