Sometimes we don't use our calculator and nutritional label to check points values. It can be detrimental to your weight loss success.
I was picking up some soup at Safeways. Some had 440 calories per serving (1 cup), others were 200+ and then some were 120. One cup of soup for 11 points vs. 3 points. Quite a bit of difference.
One of our members mentioned she was eating a low fat yogurt and checked the points. 4 WW points for a small container. If you are creative you can have a lot more food for 4 points than a small container of yogurt.
These are just two examples. Always use the calculator or points slider to check the values BEFORE you eat.
