Trigger Feelings

What feelings drive you to the kitchen? Stress? Boredom? Happiness? Sadness? Almost every emotion can trigger our desire for food- any food! We have to learn to manage those feelings without food. Make a list of things you can do instead of reaching for food when you are trying to feed the feelings.
"Control your emotion or it will control you."
