Are your weight loss efforts cooling down or hot hot hot? Have you been keeping your eye on your Labor Day goal? Are you making progress?
This week we used the Motivating Strategy at our meeting.
1. Imagine yourself having already achieved your goals, and enjoying them.
Visualize the way your Winning Outcome will be experienced, when you achieve it. Use your senses so that you feel how it will feel. Add sounds, smells, movement.
2. Get in touch with the other good feelings that come from having achieved your goals.
3. Remain in touch with these feelings as you get back to doing the things you need to do to reach your goal.
R- rejoice in your WW decision
E- enjoy meetings, food, rewards
K-keep a list of accomplishments
I-invest time and energy wisely
N-never give up
D- do one positive thing each day
L- learn from experience
E-expect to succeed!!
Choose one thing to do this week to rekindle the fire!!!
