Before and After



I have permission to post a couple of member's before and after photos. I hope you will get motivated and encouraged by their weight loss. If you want to be a part of the before and after either send me your photos via email or bring them to a meeting.

I'll go first. Many of you have seen this photo as it is one I bring to the meeting. After joining Weight Watchers I lost 57 pounds.
Why is it I always have my arm around someone? LOL
