I'm not sure I've seen the sunshine for 7 days! It broke through a little today but all week we've had an inversion which is keeping the freezing fog and the cold socked in. It is really easy to get in a rut when it's like this. I've just tried to make sure I get out every day and go for a walk and eat right, including lots of fruits and veggies. I think if it's going to be cold it might as well snow!!!
