All Things in Moderation

There are so many extreme weight loss diets that are not good for your health. My mantra is all things in moderation. Wine? Chocolate?  A little is great, a lot is not!

How's your week going? It's been hot here again so I'm having a hard time getting out the door for an afternoon walk or run. That's my excuse anyway! LOL


  1. 6:30 am walk, 55 degrees, who could ask for more? On Diets...they dont work. Check out mine and my husbands before and after at the bottom of my blog. We found balance in our eating getting back to whats good for your body like they taught us in homemaking and we werent paying attention. Anyway, click on NutriMirror off my blog. It taught us how to live. Have a great day!

  2. Still struggling with exercise, but otherwise stayingon plan. I got my keychain for 10% loss on Saturday. Next goal, another 10%.
