As the week of Thanksgiving is here be sure to take time for yourself. Make sure you get in some type of activity to keep your body and brain happy!!
Have lots of fruits and veggies on hand in case the need to snack sneaks up on you. I tend to stress when preparing for a large gathering and eating right and exercising helps. Have a positive outlook, enjoy your family and friends and have fun!!
