  1. Funny you would post this. I was in the grocery store today and I saw aparagus at $5 a pound! The stuff that is in season is a good buy too. My cart was filled with sweet potatoes, zucchini, cucumbers, lettuce, and apples!
    Now for a little meal planning.

  2. Hi Lori....I just got fresh kale and brocolli the size of my head at my local farm stand. The fresh apples this time of year are wonderful. Thanks for the healthy list! I love both your blogs......
