I will be running this half marathon on my 50th birthday in May! I thought I'd find a training schedule online and adjust it to suit my needs. I finally found one that isn't quite so generic, and one size fits all.
It lets me put in my previous race time, race date, and how hard I want to train. You can find it at Runner's World- it's called Smart Coach. There is a free version and a pay version. Free works just fine for me!
