Staying Active

I love running in a new place! This week I was able to get out of town and meet up with Juliann of This wide open spacious life and Lining up my Stitches blogs.

We met at this beautiful park in Woodinville, WA.  Thankfully we didn't get rained on and one hour zipped by so quickly!

Isn't this cool? The view sure beats the desert, although I am grateful we don't get much rain.

I stayed at my brother's condo and this is how far the YMCA was! I got a free 3 day pass and utilized it as much as possible. I wish we had something like this near me! I took a step aerobics, Pilates and circuit training class and used the treadmill.  BTW, the photo isn't crooked it is a very steep driveway!!
