Oh my Aching Back

This is a little like how I've felt lately.
Ridiculous huh? My aching back has started to interfere with life so I'm finally doing something about it. We'll rule out anything serious (I don't think it is) and start physical therapy to get me moving happily again. I'm dropping out of yoga (dare I say it may be making it worse?) and will stick to some walking for now. (maybe a little running thrown in for good measure). I guess winter is a good time to be "down" but it is really frustrating and mentally depressing. Hopefully it won't be for too long. I should hear from the Dr today.


  1. Lori, I hope that there is nothing more than a bit of muscle strain happeneing. I understand how frustrating it is to hurt. YUCK
    Feel better and follow the Drs advise.

  2. Soooo frustrating not to be able to do what you want to do. Hopefully taking a break from yoga will improve things. Maybe just giving it a bit of a rest will do the body good!

  3. Take it easy Lori! Hopefully the therapy won't be too painful and make you as good as new!
