Workout with Weights

I've been doing one of these Muscle Burns Fat workouts at the gym with my old aerobics instructor. It's whipping my butt! Then trying to run 3x a week. We had an extra hard workout at the gym on Monday so my intervals on Tuesday didn't go so well. Gotta find a balance. I am enjoying it though and know working with weights again will improve my overall fitness level.

What do you think about weights?

  1. yes! I have fallen off my weights workout routine (all my fitness routines for that matter) but I believe it is a great companion to running.

  2. I used to work with weights, not very successfully. It seems a good trainer is essential. Your fitness regimen is very admirable, Lori.
